Creamy Lemon, Feta and Avocado Dip

I am back!

After what feels like a really long hiatus, I am back! The last month of anatomy brought five tests, including a cumulative final, and I was committed to finishing strong. After spending six hours each week in class and another 12-18 outside of class studying (yes, I kept track…), I was so proud to earn an A.

And now, after a week or so of relaxing and basically recovering from the constant thoughts of “I need to study. I really need to study. When will I have free time to study?”, I am so happy to be back and able to blog.

Tomato & Avocado Crostini with Sriracha Mustard

My first recipe post!

This has been roughly five years in the making, and I’m excited and a little proud. You know the feeling that you’ve wanted and dreamed of something for a long time, and you’re finally making it happen?

Cheesy sentimentality aside, I’m excited to be starting with this recipe. Three reasons:

  1. I love the combination of tomato and avocado.
  2. I love crostini, and for awhile went through a “what else can I put on toasted bread?” phase.
  3. I love sriracha mustard, and as I use it all the time, I need you, dear reader, to know about it ASAP.
